5. Training Bookings

We use Humanitix to manage registrations, payments and ticketing for our training courses and events. When you register for an event, the information you provide will be collected through the Humanitix platform and shared with CHIA Victoria so we can administer your booking. Your use of the Humanitix platform is also subject to Humanitix's own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

6. Post a job

By submitting a vacancy for publication, the organisation confirms that:

  • The organisation and staff member submitting the advertisement are authorised to advertise the position;
  • CHIA Vic will be notified in writing once the job is no longer available;
  • The information supplied is accurate and lawful;
  • The advertisement complies with anti-discrimination, employment and privacy laws;
  • CHIA Vic may refuse or remove the advertisement at its discretion; and
  • The organisation indemnifies CHIA Vic against any claims arising from the advertisement or recruitment process.

7. Your Data & Privacy

Outseta CRM: We use Outseta as our CRM to manage memberships and communications. Any personal data you enter into our forms or member portal is stored and processed by Outseta to help us provide services to you.

Analytics & Tracking: We track website usage for analytics purposes only to improve our site performance. We do not share this data with third parties.

8. Using Our Site

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Try to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the site's security.
  • Use automated scripts or "bots" to harvest data.
  • Frame this website or represent that CHIA Victoria endorses your website or organisation without our prior written consent.
