In Victoria there is a single waiting list for both public and community housing: the Victorian Housing Register.

If you are a community housing renter, the first person to contact with any questions or feedback is your Housing Manager.
If you want to make a complaint about your community housing organisation the first step is to go through their internal complaints process. If this does not resolve the problem, you can lodge a complaint with the Housing Registrar, who oversees the registered community housing sector.
