The company we have partnered with is Acacia EAP. Acacia EAP operates 24 hours a day to be available to assist employees.
An Employee Assistance Program is a confidential counselling and support service to help employees deal with personal or work-related problems in a positive way. The EAP involves short-term counselling of up to 3 sessions per employee and per immediate family members per year.
Under the Privacy Act (1988), the services are completely private and confidential.
